The meeting lacked a quorum

1. Reviewed Pott’s Harbor issues

a. The issue of dinghy’s being tied to the town dock, in violation of the ordinance was discussed at length.

b. The discussion focused on the consequences of enforcing the ordinance.

c. It was suggested that a freestanding float could be placed in the mooring area by the dinghy owners where the dinghies could be tied up. One or two dinghies would be allowed at the town dock with the permission for access to that float.
